Let's talk about what the Supreme Court of Colorado decided yesterday.

Oh boy.

Yeah, they decided that Donald Trump he can't be on that

primary ballot next year he's prohibited on constitutional grounds and in its

opinion the court said that the Secretary of State may not list President Trump's name on the 24 ballot,

and she may not count any right in votes cast for him either.

This is just a clear weaponization of the justice system to stop

Trump from entering the West Wing ever again. Well it's also an overstepping of

the constitutional authority and a misinterpretation of the 14th amendments in Section 5 explicitly grants Congress the authority to enforce the provisions.

It would seem that a state Supreme Court preemptively acting is a usurpation

of that authority.

And it's also questionable whether Section 3 even applies since Trump has never served in an oppositional military, never

been convicted of insurrection against the country, nor was anybody on January 6th

convicted of that either.
