Before we get to the phones, I want to share maybe one of my favorite personal stories

on my journey to this point, as I had just stepped into my sweet spot,

but I was feeling very much alone and I was feeling very much unnoticed,

like the guy who is just chopping an amazing amount of trees down.

But deep in the wilderness, nobody sees.

And you're proud of what you're doing.

You know that what you're doing is what you're supposed to be doing,

but you feel extremely alone.

Does anybody see what I'm doing? I'm bustin' here.

And this isn't arrogance, this isn't narcissistic.

This is the natural desire that we if human beings have to be noticed

to feel like our work matters.

But I want to talk to you folks who are feeling that,

because I have felt it in its debilitating at times,

and it can absolutely stop you dead.
