Roblox, the online gaming platform used by millions of young people every day continues to be under fire.

At least a half a dozen attorneys general across the country are

suing roll blocks because children are being preyed upon by those adults who seek to exploit them.

It is a vexing problem and one that we've been examining during an investigation at my streaming

crime network True Blue. You can see our investigation there. We're going to be at this for some time.

And one of the attorneys general, who is suing Roblox, is Ken Paxton from the great state of Texas.

And Mr. Paxton joins me now to have a seat

and talk about his state's interest in holding Roblox accountable. Mr. Paxton, thank you very much

for taking time for me. Well, thank you for having me on and for caring about this issue.

It's really important to a lot of parents in my state. What first drew your attention,

Mr. Paxton, to Roblox? What got you interested in pursuing legal action against it?

Really, just hearing complaints from parents about the content that they did not expect on Roblox,

sexually explicit content, and with no warning and no real way to keep their kids out.

There's no real protections.

Roblox, since they've gone public with such a large evaluation, it has really focused on growth.

I get that.

But they've done it at the expense of not protecting children, not properly informing parents, and not giving parents the proper

parental controls to stop their children from seeing things that they might otherwise not want

them to see.

Roblox claims that it has taken appropriate measures, age verification, photo ID in some cases, but it appears to us, because of our investigation,

we've been digging into this for several months now, that there are multiple ways children can

circumvent these alleged safeguards. What have you found in your investigation?
