Kathleen Zellner's greatest opponent.

Thank you. Today's guest, Ken Kratz served as Calumet County's district attorney for 18 years.

However, he is most famous for unintentionally playing the villainous prosecutor in the cleverly edited and wildly misleading documentary making a murderer.

In addition to convicting Brendan Dassey and Stephen Avery of rape and murder,

he is the most effective opponent of Avery and Dassey's PR propaganda online. He is a husband,

father, and victim's right advocate and author of the book, Avery. Welcome, Ken Kratz.

Okay, welcome Ken Kratz. So, Kathleen Zellner said when she took the case in July of 2006,

that she would have the identity of the real murderer revealed in 30 days.

Now, obviously, that was in dog years because just last Thursday, she identified the

murderer, the real murderer, she says. What do you think of her new theory?

Well, I'm not sure it's a new theory at all.

Making a murder of the entire second season suggests that Bobby Dassey,

the brother Brendan Dassey, was responsible for Teresa's death,

the conclusion of the second season, which I hope I'm not spoiling it for any of your listeners,

concludes with a reenactment or what Attorney Zellner believes happened, and that was that Bobby Dasssey followed that Teresa Harbock out of the

savage yard after she had taken her photographs, and then somewhere along the line,

they meet up with Scott Tatic in between the two of them, apparently.

They caused the death of this young woman,

and then went on to plant evidence suggesting that A of you was the real killer. So to characterize it as a new theory or some bombshell or something akin to that is, of course,
