I wanted to open up by saying some words about Regis Philbin who passed away over the weekend.

I worked with Regis on who wants to be a millionaire.

The show was the hottest thing in entertainment. It was number one.

ABC sometimes was running it multiple times a week and it was always one and two or three

whatever it was. My was audience coordinator and a lot of times

behavior starts to change they get a huge ego. Regis was not like that.

He was always nice and approachable. You could not tell that he was basically, as he said he saved ABC he would come out for the

it take at least two hours, sometimes two and a half hours,

and he'd just go around anybody that wanted a photo with him even on the street

somebody that worked at live with Regis and Kelly told me fans on the streets

sometimes would go up to him and ask for live tickets because live tickets were fairly hard to get and

Regis would have them write down their mailing address because this was before

they didn't do anything with the internet and he he'd actually, Regis would actually give it
