A New Jersey father is fighting to protect his parental rights.

His name is Kristen Heaps.

He is suing the Delaware Valley Regional High School Board of Education

for socially transitioning his daughter using male pronouns and a masculine name without his knowledge and without his consent.

Meanwhile, they told school employees, even other parents, to use masculine pronouns for the girl behind the father's back.

The core issue is that parents have a fundamental right under the U.S. Constitution to be the ones who make important decisions about their children's upbringing education and health care.
