He's a proud Staten Islander who won a special election to be one of the few Republican

council members on the New York City Council.

There are only six, I guess.

He is from the borough of staten island

and now he just won his party's nomination to run for a full term this fall as a republican let us

you again you talk about my career as a broadcaster those of us that were on radio always

took pride in thinking all right those tv people they may look nice and handsome

but they could never cut it on radio hearing how seamlessly you're filling in for

mark it makes me so angry because it puts the light of what all the radio people

have told ourselves for years well i have to confess Frank. I did radio 15 years before I did TV. But I agree with you. We used to say the same thing. We used to add TV people in and we say, oh my gosh, I don't know what they're doing on radio, but I'm with you. Well, there you go. I don't know how you show up for work. Do you come in with a bottle of tums?
