Yes, indeed, it is a Friday on the Mark Simone show, and Mark is off today.

So nice to be sitting in for them.

You know, they told us first that we were looking at regular planes.

Then they acknowledged they were drones, but they said, and they is the innocuous they,

they said they were probably not posing a threat, probably. Then we heard that they might be from

China or Iran. Hmm, that piques some eyebrows. Then President Trump was finally inaugurated, and we were

told we know what they are. They are ours ours and we have nothing to worry about. Well,

the question is, what's the deal? And if we had nothing to worry about all along, why didn't

the Biden administration just say, you guys have nothing to worry about? Well, New Jersey

Assemblywoman Don Fantasia joins us on the phone right now to talk more about it. Good morning.

To you, Assemblywoman, good to have you on. Good morning, Ken.

Well, are you satisfied with the Trump administration's explanation regarding the drones?

You know, I wouldn't say that the answer was completely satisfying. The one positive that came out of it

is that we were definitely reassured with no questions asked that this was not an adversary.

I felt like the prior administration danced around it. It was it kind of sort of maybe doesn't look like it.

You know, we were clearly told this is not adversarial. So that was a good first step.

As far as answering some of the questions that still remain, I mean,

there's obvious questions. The first being why on earth would the FAA restrict airspace

over the state of New Jersey if the entire time they were well aware as to what was happening

and actually authorized that, you know?
