0:30.9	Well, let's talk about what happens to members of a community when friends or neighbors experience such a horrible tragedy as yesterday

0:41.0	It's a good question, and it's an awful, awful thing that happened, and it's happening
0:45.7	often, way too often.
0:47.8	It's important to know that people who go through the trauma experience something
0:53.2	as primary traumatic stress disorder, right?
0:57.0	But we also experience secondary traumatic stress disorder, and that would be for all of us who are witnessing it,
1:04.0	either through knowing someone who's been through it, living in the town, or just watching the news,
1:09.0	and seeing what's on social media and nowadays
1:11.9	social media comes by with such incredibly fast sound bites that people are over-stimulated by
1:17.9	the sadness of it all and so the community that is watching is going through their own form of grief
