just want to tell you this news in from the associated press that transportation secretary

shan duffy just announced that his department is now taking management of Union Station in D.C.

That's the main, that's their Grand Central, if you will, a beautiful place.

Right now, Amtrak runs it, but it's been run into the ground.

So since Trump came in and took over the city, they've cleaned it up, but they don't want it to just go back to the way it was.

So now Sean Duffy, the transportation secretary, said, well, Amtrak is no longer going to have control, which it's sort of quasi-governmental as it is. Sean Duffy wants direct control. He wants to be able to manage that station because it's what people see when they come into Washington. So we'll see where that leads us nonetheless.

Kat, it's a pleasure to have me on. Thank you for having you. I love having you on. We've been so many times between my show and New Jersey and here, I've wanted to have you on and things just never, the stars weren't aligned.

So I'm so glad we have you now.

It is amazing that you came like four and a half, five points from winning.

You ran against a woman who was a state senator, who was a solid politician in New Jersey Jersey, typical, if you will, politician.

She's Latina. She's, I think, Puerto Rican, right? And she, and she's in a district that is two to one Latino versus black, right? The Patterson is more Latino, much more than it is black.

And you are African American. And yet you still came within, what, four or five

points. Did you think at one point you had it because Trump won the county?

Well, I absolutely believe that we did have it, especially on election date. There were a lot of
