The Thunder have traded for Kemba Walker, as reported by Adrian and Wojianowski this morning at 811A.M. Central Standard Time. His tweet says

that the Celtics are trading Kimball Walker, number 16 overall pick in the 2021 draft and a 2025 second round

draft picks, Oklahoma City for Al Horford, Moses Brown, and a 2023 second round pick.

I woke up, uh, woke up seven minutes after the tweet drop. It's the first time I've ever

woken up to a text about something that big.

I saw Jay's text. It was such an exciting way to start my day.

Just right out of bed, boom! Rush of adrenaline!

And I mean, the first takeaway was how rare it is for not just us, but the larger media,

to come up with a fake trade,

and then that exact fake trade happens.

Because this is basically the trade.

I mean, we didn't know Moses Brown would be included,

but the idea of Kemba and that 16th pick for Horford,

that was what we had discussed a few weeks ago.

Yeah, so for that exact one to come through, you know, it's kind of cool.
