And I think time and again there's this a rationality for the fact that like if we are even from the perspective of trying to be quick to market, compete, come up with the best ideas, You're never going to get there if your team

can't work together well and we are having an epidemic of just interpersonal

issues in the workplace that cost billions of dollars a year

because people do all sorts of crazy stuff when they don't like or want to

support their coworkers.

There's all these amazing studies that are just, you know,

documenting the sort of sabotage or inefficiencies that happen if my priority in the situation is to make sure you

don't get ahead that has real implications if we need to be working as a team.
