And I'm not sure if you guys saw some of the quotes that came out of New Orleans last night.

But it wasn't exactly flattering for the Sixers.

I think Kelly Ubrey, according to Gina Mazzal at the Inquirer, gave a quote

where he essentially said, I think we're playing entitled right now.

And that's just like, how could a team that is barely above 500,

that has barely had a positive point differential most of the year, is winning in dramatic

fashion when they win and often losing lately an embarrassing fashion, How could a group that has played like that

has accomplished absolutely nothing collectively as a group, how do you walk into games and

feel like, oh, man, this is a win that's just owed to us? How can there be a mentality from anybody

in that locker room to carry themselves that way. And look, I'm sure

he's not speaking for everyone. Maybe that's just that's how Kelly feels and he wants that message

to get across and perhaps that'll inspire a few people to wake up and buy in and play together.

But I think it certainly looks like that from watching them play.

It looks like a team that feels, yeah, you know what, Joel's out, Paul's out.

That's an excuse for us to lay down and not give our best effort for 48 minutes.

They've had a couple quarters here and there, a half here and there where they've looked pretty good, but it has

largely been a dumpster fire. Nobody's had any answers. Nobody is consistently playing well.

Nick Nurse has not done a good job at managing minutes. Darrell Mori is giving away players

at the deadline and not bringing anybody in. Like they're all culpable for this mess.

Then you add on to that, we'll talk about Joel at some point.

Joel is just kind of there. And there's no real message on how long this is going to be because we never know that.

It's always just, well, we'll see what the doctors say tomorrow and just keep pushing it off and off and off.
