We talk about dating in the pod, the power of a first kiss, and the surprising reaction she got when she told her mom the show is going to end in a wedding. She's a mindset coach and her new podcast is called Chase Life with Kelly. Here's our chat with Kelly Chase Behind the Rose. Hey Kelly, thanks for joining us. Hi, thanks for having me guys. So excited to be here. We've been trying to get this to happen for a while now. So I'm glad we finally were able to pin down a time. Yeah, absolutely. Thank you. We have a lot to talk about and stuff. So I'm excited to get to know what you do for a living and we'll get into that later, but like I'm really excited to talk all that fun stuff. Okay, perfect. I feel like I'm on like a like a double date with you guys. Works for me. You'd only be so lucky.

No, so a lot of our listeners know you from Love is Blind.

But what were you doing before the show?

Like, what was Kelly like before Love is Blind?

I had, I guess probably like a year prior to filming Love is Blind, I had set out on a personal development journey. So I had like left my last corporate job that I mean, I worked corporate

from, you know, when I graduated until I was 20, no, 30 something. I don't know. But yeah, I I mean it was definitely like corporate world for like 10

years and just was like super unfulfilled I had a lot of um I guess just like now I know what was going on

but like behavioral patterns that like I was constantly like working like Monday

through Friday like in this hustle and grind mode all the time. Like I always worked multiple

jobs in addition to my corporate job. I got like a health coaching certification back in 2013.

So I was like health coaching and like fitness training doing that, but still like running it on the

side.

And probably like a couple years into that, I became like a fitness trainer for an all audio based

fitness app.

And I just had like a lot of members like reaching out to me saying like, oh my God, you're like changing

my life or, you know, not and not just like in the like weight and body image, but like, oh, I'm like able to,
