Welcome to slow more. Today my conversation is with an old friend Kelly and I met in the World

Happiness Summit when there used to be a World happiness summit in person. I hear it's coming back

by the way a few years ago and we stayed in touch. Kelly Campbell is a conscious

leadership coach if you want. So she works with creative and technology leaders

to transform their life and growth if you want

into a more responsible, more self-aware, happier perhaps business leaders.

She was the former owner of a cause marketing agency,

so she had a marketing agency for 14 years.

At the beginning, it was just a typical marketing agency,

and then it transformed into an agency that works specifically

on businesses with a cause or at least the responsible

side of businesses. She left that agency or sold it to focus entirely on the

idea of consciousness and conscious leadership.

She focuses on personal development, purpose positioning people and pipelines,

and profitably while we stay true to our true needs of well-being.

She knows well that business ownership can lead to total meltdown.

She knows it firsthand.

So accordingly, she tries to steer those businesses more into spiritual awakening
