So what I do, I listen to young people and I seek and I put energy into learning them.

My sons are coaches and they're at a younger age and they played and I ask them a lot of things because

the views have changed and people that get up here and say well these kids have

changed and this and that. People have always

been changing you know since the beginning of time and it's our job as

leaders to work to relate.
