One of the things from a business standpoint that I'm really proud of that I've done is I've surrounded myself with really smart people.

So whether it's Ram Padmanabin, Matt Kobe, Susan Goodnow, those are the people that I work with directly on a day-to-day basis.

They are really, really smart.

I think it's really, really smart that whoever takes this role has people

on board that when I look at them, I can say, hey, one day, that person is probably going to

have his job. That's Michael Reinsdorf describing how he wants whoever takes the president of basketball operations job

to have people on staff that could eventually do that job.

That's the way it's supposed to work.

You know?

Like, in Orlando, Matt Lloyd worked for Rob H Henigan, who now is the number one under Sam

Presti.

Tim Connolly was in Denver.

Now he's the big boss in Minnesota, where Matt Lloyd works for him.

And if Matt Lloyd comes and takes this job, he'll be the number one here, and we'll see who

he brings with him.
