with the atlanta falcons he joined the falcons in 2019 originally he was undrafted coming out of college at

san jose state in 2014 and signed with the dallas cowboys and when he came out of college at San Jose State in 2014 and signed with the Dallas Cowboys.

And when he came out of college, he was actually a linebacker and played linebacker for a little bit with Dallas until in practice.

And he actually tells the story as scout team fullback and playing on the offensive side, he impressed enough to where he converted from linebacker on the defensive side of the ball to fullback and playing on the offensive side, he impressed enough to where he converted from

linebacker on the defensive side of the ball to fullback on the offensive side of the ball.

And then eventually he was starting in the NFL with the Dallas Cowboys, America's team

on a team that won 13 games in 2016 and had the NFL's leading rusher in Ezekiel Elliott, his

rookie year, and Keith Smith was blocking for him.

And that team, that 2016 Cowboy team, won the NFC East Championship and made it all

the way to the divisional round of the playoffs.

And Keith Smith was a big part of that.
