pertains to the release of Fannie Freddie from conservatorship. This has been a sideline topic for

most of the industry for a long period of time, but you watch in the next 30 to 60 days,

based on what we see happening. it's going to be on everyone's

minds. When is Fannie Freddie getting released from conservatorship? What's this going to do for

the availability of mortgage and mortgage interest rates and mortgage qualifications? All of this

is about to change, and this will have, including the reduction of potentially PMI costs and

the actual reduction of mortgage interest rates. If Keith's thesis, what you're about to

hear is correct, you're going to see a C change and how mortgages are done in the United States for

the better and you're going to see a pretty significant increase in the number of borrowers that can
