Well, I'm on the apartment hunt.

Oh, yeah?

I think we found the right one yesterday.

It's been the, it is brutal out here when things get listed within like 12 hours.

So, oh, I don't know if I told you this either.

The girl that I talked about, Caroline, will be my new roommate, which I'm very excited about.

Very exciting.

We say we're joking that she got evicted, but she lives with a girl who's getting married,

and so she's getting kicked out of that house because the girl getting married owns the house.

And so I'm adopting her into my home. And so your apartment hunting because

you're going to go from a, did you have a one bedroom before? I don't even know what you had.

I had a two bedroom, but it wasn't very large. So where are you looking? What vicinity?

So I'm looking. What's on your list? What are your non-negotiables?

Okay. First non-negotiable. And these are honestly in order of importance, dishwasher. Okay. That is a non-negotiable for me. Are those not in every apartment these days? No, they're not. Really? But I've always said, I don't remember when I, if I learned this from someone or just said it at some point, but you can either get a dishwasher or you are the dishwasher. And I'm not the dishwasher. I hate washing dishes. Okay. That's number one. Number two, backyard. We all saw that coming. Some sort of place to put a fire pit. Oh. And honestly, other than that, pretty flexible. Wow. Dishwasher and fire pit. There you go. Oh, man. The building is on fire. But we found a really cute place last night. We're going to send the text today, I think, and be like, okay, we're in. Let us know if it's still available. Well, congratulations. Yeah, it'll be great. It's stressful to move, but no problem.
