Okay. First non-negotiable. And these are honestly in order of importance, dishwasher. Okay. That is a non-negotiable for me. Are those not in every apartment these days? No, they're not. Really? But I've always said, I don't remember when I, if I learned this from someone or just said it at some point, but you can either get a dishwasher or you are the dishwasher. And I'm not the dishwasher. I hate washing dishes. Okay. That's number one. Number two, backyard. We all saw that coming. Some sort of place to put a fire pit. Oh. And honestly, other than that, pretty flexible. Wow. Dishwasher and fire pit. There you go. Oh, man. The building is on fire. But we found a really cute place last night. We're going to send the text today, I think, and be like, okay, we're in. Let us know if it's still available. Well, congratulations. Yeah, it'll be great. It's stressful to move, but no problem.
