hi guys welcome back to another episode of hot mess with Alex Earl this week has been a rough one

because it is our basil week in Miami so it's basically like the fashion week of New York for

Miami everyone's down here every brand is throwing an event we've been going out nonstop and you

guys have been writing in saying that you really want to hear how I met my roommate Kristen she's

also my best friend and I feel like this was pretty fitting because she is an artist so she's been

making these surfboards all week for art basil actually hasn't left her room it's like a cave

for like a week but they're so cool they're sitting over there I'm going to show you guys what

they look like so I'm so proud of her and I feel like it would be fun because we have a lot of

funny stories together and the story of how we met it's not really like what you would expect so

I want to have her on and have you guys meet her I know she's been on before but it's never been

just us two sitting down and we're kind of like young and young we're like polar opposites so I

feel like this will be fun for you guys to meet her I was literally just sitting in my bed reading

through my DMs from this past weeks episode Alex versus acne and the stuff you guys have been

writing in is so nice and I don't know I just keep crying it makes me emotional because you guys

are getting emotional and thank you guys for all of the support just nice to hear that I'm not

alone with going through those struggles and hearing what you guys have to say about the episode has
