Turn with me to First Thessalonians the fourth chapter.

First Thessalonians four and nine.

It says, as touching brotherly love, you need not that I write to you, for you yourselves are taught of God to love one another.

You know, if you're born again, the love of God's been shed abroad in your heart.

You don't have to have gone to Bible school.

You don't have to have heard preaching and teaching for years.

You get born again.

If you'll just yield to it, you'll love people.

And that's what he said.

He said, you know, you don't need me to tell you about it.

You already know about it.

He said, you are taught of God to love one another.

Indeed, you do it toward all the brethren which are in all Macedonia.

But we beseech your brethren that you increase

more and more.

Sometimes people say, well, you don't need to tell me about this.

I know about it.

Yeah, but could you increase in it?

Certainly you could.

Well, then we ought to be interested in increase.

Increase in the love of God.

One translation says, God himself has taught you to love one another.
