You have two very key factions of House Republicans have now crafted what is a short term

stopgap measure, what's called a CR continuing resolution that would fund the government

through October 31st and give obviously both houses of Congress and opportunity to put

budgets together, which they never seem to get done on time.

But anyway, the bill has been sponsored by members of the House Freedom Caucus.

And what's known as the more moderate mainstream, mainstream caucus.
