Hey gentlemen, what's going on? Welcome to the second week of April.

Hope you guys are doing amazing. Hey I wanted to do something a

bit different here for our Wednesday Q&A as you guys heard last week we

added something a little bit different instead of a Q&A given the most recent events of COVID-19 and

People being stuck at home and lots of things going on. I mean let's face it. There's a lot of craziness right now

I wanted to just do more of a bonus episode here

for something that you guys might want to hear

as far as fatherhood goes, mindset, how we go out as a family and make really cool

connections with our family in the midst of absolute chaos. So what I did here

is I did something a bit different here. This is not necessarily an interview but more of a roundtable discussion with some people that I am honored to call friends and the first one is John Williams and he is the

he's an international speaker for a 5013C nonprofit organization called Life Accounts where he implements

mentorship programs into school systems, educational systems, all that good stuff.

He's been doing it for quite some time.

And it's incredible what he's building.

He's been doing this now for a handful of years

and the impact that that man is making in his organization on the youth of today high school students,

elementary students, middle school, the whole nine yards, just giving kids more of a fighting chance out there and just fantastic things that he's doing.
