The Ginny Thomas scandal seems to have died down in the media, but we're learning more and more

about this on an ongoing basis, and I think this is something that, you know, we need to continue

to pay some attention to. I mean, the Supreme Court, these guys have more power than pretty much

anybody else in Washington DC when you think about it. The ability to strike down laws or to create

laws, basically from old cloth, as they have done on multiple occasions over the years, powers by

the way that you could argue were not given them by the Constitution. So keeping track of some of
