This is Laura. Welcome to the Before Breakfast Podcast. Today's tip is to keep your office supplies handy.

Many of us spend a reasonable amount of time on administrative tasks

for ourselves and our families. Being able to do the job and finish it quickly makes life feel much more doable.

As long time listeners know, I track my time.

On a recent week I spent two and a half hours on Saturday night filling out

camp forms. I guess this shows how fun I am, though I promise I did go out on Friday night.

But anyway, with five kids who are going to a lot of different camps, including several overnight ones.

The health forms and camper profiles and teen on-campus housing contracts definitely add up.

I will not pretend it was not aggravating, but it was slightly less aggravating than it could

be, because I have been around this block before.

I keep my supplies and my tools handy.

My kids up-to-date, signed physician health forms are all in one folder. I have copies of my health
