We will never work on what we never recognize is an issue. Unaddressed triggers lead to a crash out. In Week 3 of Triggered Pastor Michael Todd, we discovered that we all have a window of tolerance which is a zone that we can optimally function in when we manage our emotions properly. Opposition and challenges keep our window of tolerance open. Opposition is not our enemy, it’s our authenticator! When we expand our relationship with discomfort, we grow in emotional maturity and increase our capacity to love, endure, and live like Christ.

0:53.5	we needed to as a church figure out what does Christ have to say about our crash outs?
0:59.1	Where is Christ in the middle of all the crisis that's going on?
1:04.0	And God has taken me on a unique journey to lead us as a church.

1:10.4	Not into them discovery, but self-discovery.
1:15.1	Did you hear what I just said?
1:16.9	Because everybody is trying to figure out how to change somebody outside of themselves.
1:21.9	If those people would just, if my family would just, if my husband would just, and let me just tell you something,
1:31.6	you can't change them. The only person that you can control is you. And until we stop putting
1:42.8	the magnifying glass on everybody else's issues, we will miss the transformation that God is inviting us all into if we would just look in the mirror.
1:53.9	So this entire series is not about changing them.
