In this episode, we're joined by Regina King, the incredible actress who was in most

It was such a pleasure to be on it as we were.

And then we also have the news with me, Bernie Clinton, Sam is usual.

Before we jump in, I'll just say that if you've ever heard that phrase, keep that same

energy.

There's no better time than now to apply that to your life.

That it was seemingly easier to be involved, to be active right after the election.

There's always a spike in the way people think about the involvement after a huge national

story is like the kids and cages, like the wall, like the end of DACA, like those things.

But remember, there's stuff happening every day that you just haven't seen, that hasn't

made it to CNN, isn't on, not a YouTube video, like, isn't on Instagram yet, but still

impacts people's lives.

You got to keep that same energy that you had when there was a national tragedy because

the work is still important.

And as long as the outcomes are still the way they are, the work will always be important.

So don't let that wane just because the story isn't the top story, trending online or

on CNN or MSNBC, like the work still matters.

And you'll be able to stop the work when the problem stops.
