Book of Acts chapter 28, verse 2 and verse 3.

And then we're going to go to Leviticus chapter 6 verse 12.

But first book of Acts 28 verse 2.

And the natives showed us unusual kindness.

For they kindled a fire and made us all welcome.

Because of the rain that was falling and because of the cold.

And verse 3.

But when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks,

laid them on the fire.

And I will not continue this verse,

because I'll continue this verse when I preach my next message.

But for now,

I'm going to pause it on there.

If you can go with me to Leviticus chapter 6 verse 12 and 13. And the fire on the altar

shall be kept burning on it. It shall not be put out. And the priests shall burn wood on it every morning.

And lay the burnt offering in order on it. In verse 13, a fire shall always be burning

on the altar. It shall never go out. Now, when you hear people talk about fire, and most of you,
