But what started getting you super passionate about fitness?

Like why did you make, when did you decide and why did you decide to make fitness and health part of, you know, your life

and your career? Like what, did it coincidence happen? Was it a real passion? Did you do it on

purpose? You know, tell us a little bit of the back. It's a good question, Brian. I think for me, growing up the way I grew up,

knowing that it made me feel good to help other people, I knew whatever my career choice was

going to be was I have to help people. I have to help people only because it helps me, right? I figured out very

early on in life that if you face your fears, you face your demons, you look your problems

dead in the face. I'm no guru, no monk, anything like that, but I knew the answers was

don't ignore it, look at it, solve it, respect it, and then move past it.

If I can give anybody anywhere in their life direction, those skill sets, it just, then they're going to win.

It just so happened that fitness was a catalyst to help out frame of mind, to help out spiritual

And they're all connected in my opinion, right?
