And one story that always kind of captures my imagination.

The street's lost culture.

As most of you know, Kearney Cultures is a startup.

And so today, instead of listening to your typical story, we're

going to invite you to come backstage and behind the scenes of our non-existent studio and share

some recent introspection that our team has been going through regarding a recent episode.

We're going to take a stab at that really big question that's always on our

minds as storytellers and journalists, which is, are we doing this thing right? We are absolutely

still a startup and we're still figuring things out. And I think that a lot of the times media

companies sort of talk to their audiences and we wanted to show the transparency of all of our colors and all of our flaws.

And I think that that was a really important sort of internal debate that was happening with us as a team that is that I think was important to share that

this was one of the growing pains of us building this company was this sort of self-reflection
