Summary

We had a wild day in our neighborhood yesterday as Homeland Security, NOT ICE, raided a Mexican restaurant a couple blocks away from us.  Protesters showed up and it was a total freak show.  What's worse?  The KC media botched this story on so many levels its frightening.  It was not an ICE raid, the restaurant was not in danger of burning to the ground and there was not panic or disorder.  I was there.  I have the truth for you.    Barack Obama must be shocked he was wrong when he said the days of 3% GDP increases are gone in America and the new standard is 1%.  Remember that gem?    Dunkin has an ad out with a sexy male actor just days after the Sydney Sweeney jeans commercial talking about her genes.  This dude says his genes help him have a golden summer with his genetic ability to tan.  Oh boy, here we go again.    The Royals get their best win of the year, 1-0 in  10 innings and now face the trade deadline at 5:00pm.  Brian Schottenheimer made players, and so coaches, run wind sprints at practice on Wednesday.  KU has a very easy Big 12 schedule this football season and a pair of famous liberals are hooking up in Canada.
