So I want to keep helping people understand about MS and to think more positively about it.

So many different treatments, there's different natural treatments as well, lifestyle

I know when I dropped some weight, I felt much better for it.

My biggest takeaway from you today I think is asking for help. I think it can be your greatest asset being vulnerable, but so many of us don't want to be.

We've been taught to be the tough guy. You've been taught to be the strong woman.

And yet without opening up a little bit no one can help you. And I'm going to do. The This week on the show we are joined by Kaz Aston. She was diagnosed with

multiple sclerosis 20 some odd years ago and she decided to make the choice

to use that diagnosis as a chance to actually start living her life and she

picked up things like drag racing and professional yachting and

cannonball racing to show herself and people around her that she could live with

this disease and actually I was shocked to learn that three times

as many women suffer from this as men and it's something that I think as a culture we're

learning to understand and realize that people can live through this.
