$24 million, that's a pretty good value for a guy like that given what we've

seen Hill and Adams and others get 70 million guaranteed that makes sense. A

player of Stefan Diggs caliber, all pro receiver, he should be getting 75% of the

money guaranteed. This reminds me of the Laramie Tuncil deal in that the team

traded a first rounder. So now you have the leverage in the case of Houston, it

was multiple first rounders. It was it was definitely tilted in favor of

Tuncil in the negotiations. It's like, hey, guys, you just traded multiple first

rounders for me. We know you're going to keep me. Let's just cut to the chase and

start writing a check at a zero. And let's get this done. Let's get it over with.
