Welcome back everyone to another episode of The Damage Report. Today is going to be a big day

because we are, of course, going to be talking about Kavanaugh. That's the big story,

but we also have big new details for that story. Shocking bombshell new accusations that

because we live in a rational, logical world where there are consequences for actions

will almost certainly lead to Kavanaugh pulling his nomination. Or perhaps not, but one way or another

we're going to be talking about it. There's like five new wrinkles on this Kavanaugh situation,

all of which you need to be aware of, not just for the analysis of the rest of today's news,

but in advance of Thursday, that's tomorrow, right? What day is it? Tomorrow's testimony that

so far as we know is still going to happen. And so far as we know right now, still only going to

have two people, although there are multiple named accusers now that, of course, deserve their day

if not in court, at least in the Senate. Aside from Kavanaugh, we've got other important news.

We're going to have an interview with an organization head that is running protests having to do

with two massive banks that are financing the for-profit prisons that are continuing to allow for

detention of infants, family separation, and things like that. These are protests that you can

still get involved in. And then a little bit later on, we're going to be talking with a representative

of a swing left that is working to swing the Congress back to the Democrats in this election.
