Hey folks, what's up?

I've got zero, zero, count them zero commercials for you today.

So we're literally going to be diving just about right into today's special Sunday episode.

That's weird.

It's pretty uncommon that I released an episode on Sunday.

But I shot this, recorded this, videoed this, whatever the word is for you.

Next week, when I was in California, this really cool event, bomb event called Cal Jam

in LA, big event for like chiropractic docs primarily.

But anyways, while I was down there, I joined forces with a couple of buddies of mine, Dr.

Dan Pampa, who's been on the podcast before, and also my buddy Warren Phillips, who's

kind of like a business geek when it comes to running like medical studios and offices

and stuff like that.

And we geeked out for good 30, 40 minutes on stuff like Kala and mushroom coffee and filtered

water and quantum physics and biodynamic wine and a whole bunch of other stuff.

We also talk in this show about a very special conference that the three of us are going

to be at in Atlanta as well in May.

So I think you'll take a little bit of gold out of this or at least have some entertainment

on Sunday evening or perhaps you'll never ever get these 30 minutes of your life back

ever.
