1:01.6	because there's kind of bit of history here. So Harvey Weinstein was convicted of the rape of Jessica
1:06.4	Mann, and she was an aspiring actress in 2020, his first trial in Manhattan, he was convicted,
1:12.9	but the verdict was overturned. The second trial, which was last June of 2025, the jury was
1:18.8	deadlocked on that count, and the judge ordered a new trial. So this trial, the third retrial,
1:24.3	has started this week with jury selection. They had questions about whether or not
1:28.0	they could be fair and impartial over this much publicized case. And they had more than 80 people
1:32.7	that were asked to be excused during the initial screening, which doesn't really surprise me.
1:37.2	But the day ended Tuesday with no jurors being chosen. So what do you think about that?
