This is a special early release of today's episode because I is in conjunction with the decision

to cancel the upcoming book tour.

Obviously, many events in the US are moving in that direction, and I wanted to give you a little

bit of context about some of the conversations that have been going on in my household as I

moved toward making this decision.

I also wanted to say with my book tour being canceled, books were bundled with the tour tickets,

and I hope that you'll consider supporting this project anyway.

I want to shout out some local booksellers that were booked to work at the different venues,

and were then have seen profits from selling this book.

So in LA, we had Skylight Books in Brooklyn.

We had Books or Magic in Boston.

We had Brooklyn Booksmith in Philadelphia, Giovanni's Room in Washington DC,

Cramer Books and Afterwards in Chicago, Women and Children First in San Francisco,

Doggierde Books in Portland, Powell's Books, and in Seattle, third place books.

So I would love to ask you to, even if your tickets are being refunded,
