Hi, welcome to season two of the Live Beautifully Podcast. I'm so grateful you're back here with

me and thank you for being so patient as I took a longer break than I expected. I was presented

with a pretty tough decision last spring. Like many of us, I was going a million miles a minute

and as many of you know, I was doing this podcast all by myself. And I couldn't do it all.

And on top of being a mom and running live beautifully.com and preparing for a big launch for

toned up, I had to take a step back. Something had to give and it definitely couldn't be motherhood or

the launch that I was working on. So I took a break and all of you were super supportive,

which I'm really grateful for. It's funny. I had just shared an episode about you can do it all,

but not all at once. And I really had to listen to my own advice. And it took a lot. I don't know
