Hey wonderful's welcome to episode 344 of the podcast with my guest

Katie Kompa. I hope that you enjoy the episode I feel you will and just a couple of

little bits of housekeeping I want to just acknowledge the little bits of housekeeping.

I want to just acknowledge the cancellation of my New York show and my Chicago show.

Of course, I've been touting that and had done a fair amount of it on social media although I

should have done more but obviously I've been talking about on the podcast I yeah

I've had a couple of kind of tough things happen in a row I don't want to turn this into like a

feel sorry for Janet thing, but something with my mom and then something with my

own health. So I was grounded from traveling.

I am happy to still be doing the podcast.

I think I even mention it in the beginning of my podcast with Katie. I'm like lying down to do the podcast because unfortunately I have some pretty serious next stuff going on. Not to brag. Okay, so enjoy this episode. I am so sorry that I had to

cancel those shows. I've gotten some correspondence from people who were

either planning on buying tickets or who had tickets and I cannot

say enough how sorry I am to miss those shows. One of them would have been tonight and

recording this on Wednesday the ninth and I'm very sad that we didn't get to do them and I'm hoping that I will be able to
