You know, there's a lot of people in America that are very

philanthropic.

They give lots of money.

And they're giving money for education. They're giving money for health care, they're giving money for

whatever the issue is, clean water. And guess what? Their efforts are being neutralized by the failure of our government.

They don't understand that.

You can spend all the money in the world,

but unless we can get this fixed,
