Kate Shela is the co-founder of The 360 Emergence, a free-form movement practice which straddles the line between dance and personal growth, between rigor and freedom, between individuality and community. As a movement maestra, with over 25 years of teaching experience, she brings transformational medicine to every dance floor. A catalyst with heart who creates life retrieval experiences, Kate is able to draw out the innate healer in each of us. She sees private clients for healing and offers 1:1 mentoring. Her bold improvisational style and passionate sense of humor enables magic to ooze into the everyday moments. She’s a Londoner living in LA and a long time friend of Lee's.
