Hi everybody, welcome back to the Be There In 5 Podcast. I'm Kate Kennedy, your host.

I mean, God bless those of you who have come back after Rachel Hallis and some of these,

you know, left turns we've taken over the past several months in this podcast that hopefully

we can always come back to a level of consistency with my quarterly series I like to call Kate

Lila. It is a nod to my favorite light adult contemporary radio host Delilah who would

soothe people with her dulcet tone, her fill Collins hits and her well-intentioned advice

that just really was designed to make people feel better. I would listen to that soothing

voice of hers and maybe I just really romanticized radio because I liked sleepless in Seattle,

but she's always been a bit of an icon to me and this is my nod to a legend where I

answer listener voice mails that they leave me throughout the course of the quarter or

when prompted on Instagram and my God, you guys deliver. I got so many good questions this

time. I think this is going to be a two-parter. I think I might do like a side A side B,

like light and heavy because I love doing these episodes. I never know if they're a bit gratuitous

on my part because like I'm not an expert and I don't want to take my advice with a grain of salt,

but I think it's an interesting cross section of the thing you things you guys are thinking about.

I love stuff that kind of is more about the community and you guys and I don't know.

I'm happy to give you my input as long as you're willing to take it. I think this might be

two slightly shorter episodes than like one mega episode if that's okay, but yeah, I don't know.

I don't want to waste all these great questions. There's such fun topic prompts that it's kind of

these kind of end up becoming snorkels of sorts anyways. Speaking of snorkels and outdoor

beach activities, I am for rash off and beach vacation. Can you sense the salt air in my voice?
