Hey, thanks so much for having me.

I'm so excited.

So you are a podcast during your own right? You're an author. You are a licensed social worker.

You are, I mean, your coach, you do all of all of this things. So rather than me fumbling through your intro, why don't you tell everyone about yourself?

Oh, man. Okay. First, I'm a mama. I always start with the mama to two beautiful little girls Annabelle who just turned three.

Three is hard.

Three is hard. She just turned three a few weeks ago and then Charlie is 18 months.

So yeah, I'm home with them and I'm still trying to do all the things. I just got off a therapy call with a client.

I have my coaching clients. I am publishing my next book in October.

And yeah, just I just keep saying to my husband, we're living the dream right now.

Right. Yeah, they're not the wrong with that.
