I'm so thrilled to welcome one of my amazing and inspiring friends to the podcast this week. Today I'm talking with Kate Bosworth.

Honestly, I really do. I'm into it.

Like how cute you look. I haven't put makeup on and I don't even know how long.

I had to put on a shirt and jeans today. I was like, I got to just got to do it. I got to do it. I don't know how to do anymore. I know.

I feel crazy. I've worn some pants for 18 days.

I know. It's really crazy. The idea of routine is one that I think people are intimately understanding right now.

I'm so curious and I want to get into that with you because routine in our line of work is something you never really get to have.

And for the first week of stay at home, self-isolation, you know, quarantine during this pandemic, I was like having a consistent anxiety attack all day every day.

Because I was like, I have this time. I should be productive. I need to do something. What should I do? I don't know what to do.

I've never had so much time. And I felt like days were just going by in these waves of anxiety and all I managed to do was cook and do laundry.

Also, I called my mom. I was like, how did you do this my whole life? I don't understand.

You know, I think for me, it was, and I have this, this is one of like the main tentacles to fear for me is the fear of the unknown.

And I think that this moment really exemplifies that on a macro scale globally, which is, yes, we, we, we know that this will end, you know, or we hope it will end and we know when we don't know when we don't know what the repercussions are.

We don't know what the repercussions will be. We don't know what the follow will be. So I think that huge unknown umbrella from like the first domino is one that, you know, is an intense one.

And I think will be a real marker for mental health as a collective and as an individual.

And it's going to be a real marker in history that way. Yes, I feel that's so much. Wow.
