In part one of this conversation we spoke about Kasha's incredible story, incredible diversity of backgrounds and we actually

went together into the dungeon to understand how dominance could be a relationship of deep connection and healing.

We looked at dominance in conversations and how one can lead and the other would follow and we looked at patterns that we get exposed to when we're raising boys or girls that we were exposed to ourselves as we were raised

that make it different between us in terms of how girls respond to dominance and how they sometimes fail to exert their power.

Today we will look more at practical advice. We will look at women in meetings, the power of

saying no in different areas of life can make a massive difference and how men and women can work together

to achieve a world where there is a balance of that conversation.

Kasha Urbanyak worked as a professional dominatrix.
