Hello. Before we get into the podcast, I've mentioned it previously, but if you haven't heard,

in September I'm working with Calm, the campaign against Leavid miserably, a suicide charity

on their stay tuned month where they're trying to raise money essentially to make them, help them keep doing what they're doing.

And I thought a good thing to do each week, I'm going to give you another thing that I think it's worth sticking around for.

A little recommendation of something that improves my life.

Week one's recommendation surprised a lot of people.

My recommendation this week is the Three Bean Salad podcast.

It's amazing.

I only got into it recently.

It's Mike Wozniak, Benjamin Partridge, and a man that I've become mildly obsessed with Henry Packer.

And it's just great.

Each week they get given a new subject to chat about, and they just chat, and they're

hilarious and wonderful, and I love it.

So, yeah, this week's thing that's worth sticking around for is three bean salad.
