A crazy Karen throws herself onto the floor and has a literal temper tantrum after she doesn't get the answer that she's looking for.

And despite the fact that I tried my very best to provide the best customer service that I possibly could,

this Karen decided to go nuclear, freaking out on me in a way that I've honestly never seen before in my life.

Here's what happened.

Okay, for starters, I work in pest control. I've now worked in

it for about three years, and I regularly see some crazy, entitled, and even dangerous people.

And I don't say this to scare people away. I think it's a wonderful job, which comes with a lot

of freedom. And nine times out of ten, you do meet somebody who is nice. Now, I can agree that

since I work with it, I've gotten used to

going into homes where people have bedbugs, mice, or ants in their living room. So sometimes I have to

remind myself that what they're experiencing is a first for them, but this is like the millionth time

that I've seen it. So yes, we do sometimes come off as a bit cold to a situation, that's because from the point when we come in through the door,

we're trying to think of the best way to help. And no, I don't mind if your house or apartment is a bit

messy, since working crime scene cleanup is a part-time job. So believe me, I've seen much worse.

So I got in order to go and help a lady in her mid-forties with what she believed to be some sort of wood-boring beetle, which is very common in Europe where

I'm from, especially if you have bad ventilation or if the temperature inside fluctuates a lot.

And she is making this conclusion, since she is seeing a lot of markings on her furniture.

When I get there, I introduce myself to her and she seemed nice, a bit worried perhaps, but

nothing out of the ordinary.

She tells me her story,

and I just nod along. She then takes me to her living room, where her five-year-old was sitting,

glaring at his iPad. Now, the living room, despite its larger size, felt very cramped. And that's because
