for joining the show. I want to get right into it. First of all, are you concerned, sir, that the jury is taking this long?

No, I mean, it's a murder case with, what, 70 witnesses, and it's really the first full day.

So, no, I mean, in one sense, I think the evidence is pretty powerful in terms of favor in the defense,

but you know, you don't know exactly what's going on in there and I don't think it's unreasonable after a

you know month-long trial that they take their time going through whatever they're

doing I think also they were told by the judge

to avoid the temptation of just doing an instant straw poll,

which never heard a judge say that before,

but that would tend to maybe make them flesh out a few things before they look at each
