On March 18th, 2025, the Karen Read case was back in court, and things are heating up! Judge Cannone delivers a scathing rebuke to the defense, accusing them of "deliberate misrepresentations" and "flagrant violation" of Rule 14 regarding payments to the ARCCA Expert Witnesses. The judge has a conversation directly with Karen Read to see if she'd like to remove Alan Jackson as her representative, but she declined.
